Where Our Patients Come From
CT Sports Recovery is a physician-led sports recovery and non-surgical pain relief clinic located at 215 Main Street, Suite 4, in Westport, Connecticut. We have a single location, and it draws patients from across Fairfield County because of what is under one roof: a board-certified physiatrist and two osteopathic physicians, hands-on osteopathic manipulation, focused shockwave therapy, PRP and regenerative treatments, red light therapy, EMTT magnet therapy, dry needling and physician-supervised peptide programs.
The towns below are where most of our patients live, train and commute from. Each has its own page with directions from that town, the athletes and activities we see most from there, and answers to the questions those patients ask us. If your town is not listed, you are still welcome; most of Fairfield County is within 35 minutes of our door.

Why Patients Across Fairfield County Choose One Office in Westport
- Physician-led care: every evaluation is with a board-certified DO or MD, and it is billed to insurance. No referral needed.
- Non-surgical and medication-free by design. We treat the cause, and we say so plainly when a case needs a surgeon or another specialist.
- Focused shockwave, PRP, EMTT, red light therapy, osteopathic manipulation and peptide programs in a single location.
- Same-week appointments and extended hours on Tuesdays (varies by provider).
- Central location: downtown Westport sits at the junction of I-95, the Merritt Parkway, the Post Road and Routes 33, 57 and 136, which keeps most of the county within a 35-minute drive.
Getting to 215 Main Street, Westport
From I-95, take Exit 17 (Saugatuck Avenue / Route 33) or Exit 18 (Sherwood Island Connector) and follow signs to downtown Westport. From the Merritt Parkway, use Exit 41 (Route 33) or Exit 42 (Route 57, Weston Road), both of which lead into downtown; Weston Road becomes Main Street. From Fairfield or Norwalk, the Post Road (US-1) is often the simplest route. Park in the rear lot and use the rear entrance; the office is the first door on the left.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with extended hours on Tuesdays (varies by provider). Call or text (203) 651-5090 or book online.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have more than one location?
No. CT Sports Recovery has a single office at 215 Main Street, Suite 4, in Westport, Connecticut. Patients travel to us from across Fairfield County because of the physician-led, non-surgical care and the recovery technology available under one roof.
My town is not listed. Can I still be seen?
Yes. The towns listed are where most of our patients live, but we welcome anyone who can get to Westport. Book online or call (203) 651-5090.
How far do patients typically travel?
Most patients are within 20 minutes, and many come from 30 to 40 minutes away for treatments such as focused shockwave, PRP and EMTT that are hard to find together elsewhere. When it is clinically appropriate, our physicians combine treatments in a single visit so longer drives mean fewer trips.
Is the first visit covered by insurance?
Your physician evaluation and covered treatments are billed to insurance, and no referral is required. Some advanced therapies, such as focused shockwave, PRP, red light and peptide programs, are typically self-pay. We explain costs before you commit to anything.
Which teams and organizations do you support?
CT Sports Recovery is a proud sponsor of Wilton Warriors athletics, Joel Barlow Falcons athletics, the Westport Soccer Association and Revolution United FC.
