Easton's Closest Physician-Led Sports Recovery Clinic
Easton is one of the most beautiful places in Fairfield County to train and one of the least convenient places to find a specialist. CT Sports Recovery is about 15 to 20 minutes away at 215 Main Street in Westport, and we are proud to sponsor Joel Barlow Falcons athletics, the high school program that serves Easton and Redding families.
Our board-certified physiatrist and osteopathic physicians diagnose the source of pain and treat it with hands-on osteopathic manipulation, focused shockwave therapy, PRP and regenerative treatments, red light therapy and EMTT magnet therapy, all in one office. Physician visits are billed to insurance, and no referral is needed.

Getting to Our Westport Office from Easton
From the Easton town center, take Route 136 (Easton Road) south into Westport; it meets the Post Road near downtown, and 215 Main Street is just north of the Post Road. Most Easton addresses are 15 to 20 minutes away. From northern Easton, Route 58 to the Merritt Parkway west and off at Exit 42 (Route 57 south) is a good alternative. Park in the rear lot and use the rear entrance; the office is the first door on the left.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with extended hours on Tuesdays (varies by provider). Call or text (203) 651-5090 or book online.
Frequently Asked Questions from Easton Patients
Do you work with Joel Barlow athletes and their trainers?
Yes. We sponsor Joel Barlow Falcons athletics and regularly coordinate with athletic trainers and coaches so an injured athlete's treatment, workload and return-to-play plan are aligned.
Can you treat cycling injuries without telling me to stop riding?
Our goal is to keep you on the bike. Many cycling problems, including knee pain, low-back pain and neck strain, respond to osteopathic manipulation, targeted treatment and adjustments to training load. If a short break is medically necessary, we will say so and keep it as short as possible.
Is the visit covered by insurance?
Physician visits and covered treatments are billed to insurance, with no referral required. Some advanced therapies are self-pay, and we explain costs before you decide.
How far is your office from Easton?
About 15 to 20 minutes down Route 136 (Easton Road) to downtown Westport. Free parking is in the rear lot at 215 Main Street.
Do you evaluate concussions for Barlow and Helen Keller students?
Yes. Our physicians provide concussion evaluation and a stepwise recovery plan for returning to school and sport safely.
