The Closest Physician-Led Recovery Clinic to Weston
Weston does not have a medical district, and most residents already head down Weston Road into Westport for everything from groceries to specialists. CT Sports Recovery is at 215 Main Street, right where Weston Road (Route 57) becomes Main Street, which makes us the most convenient physician-led sports recovery and non-surgical pain relief clinic for Weston families.
Our board-certified physiatrist and osteopathic physicians diagnose the source of your pain and treat it with hands-on osteopathic manipulation, focused shockwave therapy, PRP and regenerative options, red light therapy and EMTT magnet therapy, all in one office. Physician visits are billed to insurance and no referral is required.

Frequently Asked Questions from Weston Patients
How far is CT Sports Recovery from Weston?
About 10 to 15 minutes. Weston Road becomes Main Street in Westport, and our office at 215 Main Street is on that same road, just north of the Post Road.
I have a trail-running injury from Devil's Den. Can you diagnose it without sending me somewhere else for imaging?
Our physicians evaluate the injury in the office first. If imaging is needed we will order it, but many running injuries such as Achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis and IT band syndrome can be diagnosed and treated without it.
Do you treat riding-related back and hip pain?
Yes. Osteopathic manipulation is well suited to the low-back, SI joint and hip tightness that riders develop, and our physicians can add targeted treatments such as dry needling or focused shockwave when appropriate.
Will my insurance cover the visit?
Physician visits and covered treatments are billed to insurance, with no referral required. Some advanced therapies are self-pay, and we review costs before anything begins.
Can you see my Weston High athlete the same week they are injured?
Usually, yes. Book online to see available times or call (203) 651-5090.
Book Your Weston-Area Evaluation
You are ten minutes away from a physician's diagnosis and a plan to fix the problem. Book a 30-minute evaluation, billed to insurance.
